Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment.  We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part-time basis.

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactionsĀ 

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores byĀ greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious,Ā friendlyĀ and engaging mannerĀ at all timesĀ (80%)Ā 

  • Provide a clean,Ā safeĀ and visually stimulating environmentĀ by performing daily cleaning duties,Ā maintainingĀ storeĀ displaysĀ and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standardsĀ (10%)Ā 

  • SafelyĀ and efficientlyĀ operateĀ theĀ storeĀ stockroomĀ as youĀ assistĀ in the receiving of merchandise,Ā maintainĀ the stockroom to LEGO® BrandĀ RetailĀ standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situationsĀ (10%)Ā

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?Ā 

  • Communicate effectively with team members and guestsĀ 

  • Process information/merchandise through the register systemĀ 

  • Work various hours, days,Ā nightsĀ and weekends as business dictatesĀ 

  • Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock areaĀ 

  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching,Ā grabbingĀ and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. VisionĀ abilities include close vision, depth perception, andĀ the abilityĀ to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.Ā 

  • Must provide availability to work up to 25Ā hours per weekĀ including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 daysĀ (does not meanĀ you’llĀ be scheduled for 25Ā hours, but 25Ā hours of availability must be given)

The hourly wage for the position has a range ofĀ $19.50 to $20.50Ā based onĀ anticipatedĀ responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.Ā The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.Ā The comprehensiveĀ remunerationĀ details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
