Duties include: The Echo Technologist/Echocardiographer will work within the Echo/Cardio Dept.
- Assumes responsibility of echocardiographic testing in the cardiovascular department
- Includes but not limited to all 2D echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and stress echo tests.
- Insures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies and other clinical resources employed in the delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate records and files
Hours:
- Full Time, 40 hrs per week
Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience performing echocardiograms, in a hospital setting
- Some supervisory experience preferred
- Registered as RCVT or RDCS required
- Echocardiograph certification preferred
- CPR required
Salary Range: Minimum 42.66/hour - Maximum 70.36/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
