  • Positions Available: 1 Part-Time
  • Estimated Compensation: $68.45 per hour.
  • Level of Effort: Approximately 1 hour per month, or 12 hours during each 12-month period.
  • Period of Performance: September 24, 2026 through March 24, 2029, including option periods.
  • Security Requirements: NACI / Level 1 Non-Sensitive suitability requirements apply.
  • Key Personnel: Yes.

Summary of Duties

The Deputy Program Manager will provide management and supervision for the NINDS administrative support task order and serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government representatives.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree plus at least four (4) years of program-management experience; OR high school diploma plus eight (8) years of program-management experience.
  • Experience managing Federal Government task orders.
  • Experience managing contractor personnel.
  • Experience with staffing, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Working knowledge of LTASC II/III contracts.
  • Experience supporting Federal scientific research organizations is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage overall task-order performance.
  • Supervise assigned contractor administrative personnel.
  • Serve as the primary contractor contact for Government task-order concerns.
  • Manage staffing and personnel coverage.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling.
  • Monitor task-order budget and funding.
  • Support invoice preparation and review.
  • Track performance standards and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit required monthly progress reports.
  • Prepare the final task-order report.
  • Ensure staff compliance with security, privacy, training, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requirements.
  • Maintain communication with the Task Order CO and COR.
  • Address performance issues and ensure timely corrective action.
