Hiring: Clinician

Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017

Position Purpose

The Clinician provides recovery-oriented clinical services to individuals served by the Mainstay United residential program. This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including those with a history of sexual offending behavior. The clinician is expected to deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with person-centered practices and Recovery principles, while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Wage: $60,000

Job Type: Full Time

Major Responsibilities

The creation and ongoing maintenance of an environment that fosters a functional therapeutic milieu and is conducive to the personal safety, growth, and development of all consumers and staff
The provision of clinical services as part of a specialized and dedicated staff team Completing clinical risk and needs assessments
Providing home-based and office-based recovery-oriented individual, family, and group therapy for service recipients
Coordination with the residential direct support team to create a therapeutic milieu Collaboration with other specialized clinical services (e.g., O.T., art therapy)
Completion of documentation meeting clinical and state requirements
All other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Competencies

Job Qualifications

A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field is required.
Applicants with experience working in community-based residential programs will be given preference
