Saucon Valley Country Club, a premier private club located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the historic Weyhill Guest House. This beautiful and tranquil inn offers a unique guest experience on the grounds of one of America’s most prestigious country clubs.
Hours:
Overnight Shift 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Hourly Rate: $16 -$18
Seasonal Position: Starting from mid-April to November
Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing warm hospitality and seamless service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Practice TMS – “Total Member Satisfaction” in all interactionsÂ
- Respond promptly to guest needs or overnight requestsÂ
- Maintain a quiet and welcoming overnight environmentÂ
- Provide assistance to late-arriving guestsÂ
- Conduct a full property patrol every two hoursÂ
- Monitor common areas and outdoor spacesÂ
- Identify and report any safety concerns, maintenance issues and guest services issues to managementÂ
- Set up buffet display for breakfast serviceÂ
- Ensure breakfast area is clean, organized, and ready for guestsÂ
- Maintain detailed overnight communication notesÂ
- Complete and email the daily communication report before the end of shiftÂ
- Complete additional projects assigned by management to improve the overall guest experienceÂ
- During quieter overnight hours, attendants ensure the Guest House remains immaculate and well organized:Â
- Clean and restock all common area bathroomsÂ
- Restock the honor bar and update inventory sheetsÂ
- Collect and return glassware, plates, and utensilsÂ
- Empty trash and remove used items from common spacesÂ
- Clean ashtrays and tidy outdoor patiosÂ
- Ensure linen storage areas remain organizedÂ

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
