Responsibilities

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.


Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC. 

 

The HR Coordinator will oversee on-boarding and compliance. The HR Coordinator responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, and onboarding candidates. In addition, the HR Coordinator will have additional responsibilities including organizing New Employee Orientation sessions, preparing new hire/general employee training packets and maintaining them in good supply, maintaining all personnel records and files, processing all changes in HRIS, organizing all employee activities and in-services, and other duties as assigned or directed.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree is required, and Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience required, and more than 1 year of HR experience is preferred. 
  • SHRM-CP is preferred.
