Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing the transportation, delivery, and tracking of equipment, materials, and finished products. This role ensures timely and efficient movement of goods to support operations and customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups with carriers
  • Track shipments and resolve delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations
  • Support warehouse and production teams as needed

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain preferred 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Office and warehouse setting
  • May require coordination with production floor and shipping yard
