Maintenance Assistant

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, including on call responsibilities 

Maintenance Assistant include but are not limited to assist the Building and Grounds Supervisor in the maintenance of LifePath's physical facilities and their environment. In addition, prioritize work request, select and scheduled work to be done, perform various skilled tasks involved in the repair and maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment as needed, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and welding tasks. 

Building and Ground Supervisor qualifications:

-HS Diploma/GED, 1 year experience working in the field of maintenance. Able to do basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical and repair work

-At least 18 years of age

-Have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

- Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
