Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Operate measurement equipment and inspection tools, with emphasis on Keyence, Sylvac, and/or Starrett systems (and supporting equipment as needed)
- Apply GD&T concepts (datums, position, profile, flatness, runout, etc.) to ensure inspection methods match design intent
- Accurately document inspection results, maintain clear records, and ensure traceability to product, lot, and inspection method
- Support the identification, segregation, and documentation of nonconforming material, including participation in the NC workflow (TrackWise experience is a plus)
- Communicate inspection findings to Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering and support timely issue resolution
- Assist with continuous improvement by identifying recurring defects, measurement challenges, and opportunities to improve inspection efficiency or repeatability
