What You’ll Do:
- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
- Evaluating medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
- Monitoring chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
- Maintaining comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
- Collaborating with BHS regarding medication management and refills.
- Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.
What Makes You a Great Fit

- Possess a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in state applying for work.
- Experience in residential nursing a plus.

- Must pass the applicable state/agency background check required for the work location jurisdiction, prior to employment.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
- Must possess a current and valid CPR certification or obtain within the first 30 days of employment.

Shift: 7A - 7P or 7P - 7A full-time with every other weekend rotation 5,000 sign-on bonus
