Glenmont Job Corps is seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Safety & Security Advisor to help maintain a safe and supportive campus community. Must have valid In state Drivers License and High School Diploma/GED Hours: 3p-12 Prime shift  or 12a-8:30a Overnight  What You’ll Do: ✔ Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors ✔ Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds ✔ Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns ✔ Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment ✔ Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations ✔ Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience ✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: • Alert, dependable, and professional • Calm and confident in high-pressure situations • Skilled in communication and conflict resolution • Detail-oriented with strong observational skills • Committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment Why Join Glenmont Job Corps? Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Advanced degrees preferred. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.
