Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient trucks/trailers to our drivers and customers.
  • Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on all vehicles/equipment in our fleet.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems such as engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and driver safety mitigation devices/systems.
  • Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting/repair and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Hold a valid Driver’s License, with a CDL Driver’s License being advantageous.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Maintain regular full attendance for assigned shifts.
  • Exhibit a positive team attitude.
  • Follow and implement instructions, guidelines, and relevant information to complete daily tasks.
  • Capable of prolonged periods of movement, sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
