POSITION SUMMARY: Enrollment Operations Graduate Assistant (EOGA) in the Office of Admissions will assist members of the department by providing support in database management, document processing, event support, and other key areas to support enrollment efforts. EOGA’s will gain valuable skills that can be transferred to many organizational experiences. The primary focus of this position will require supporting the Enrollment Operations team with database management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily reviews of incoming applications and monitor data discrepancies during system integration to ensure accuracy and seamless processing.
- Assist in overseeing a set of daily and weekly tasks to maintain database integrity including duplicate management, import verification, and status changes to student records.
- Responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with University standards.
- Support the gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to help create clear and accurate reports that support decision-making and business operations.
- Support the management of a shared email inbox by organizing, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Team to support the overall recruitment efforts and goals.
- Complete other duties as assigned in conjunction with the department’s student workers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is required. The EOGA should be currently enrolled in a graduate program at Moravian University.
- Must maintain satisfactory academic standing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and the ability to complete a broad range of responsibilities/projects.
- Inherent customer service instincts and the ability to work without close supervision.
- Experience working with integrated technology systems and tools.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting and independently as needed.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend events and adapt to changing demands during periods of high volume.
