 Your Role as a Home Care LPN As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll deliver one-on-one care using cutting-edge technology and your clinical expertise. You’ll assess, plan, and implement care that truly makes a difference—right in the patient’s home.

 What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active Indiana LPN license
- 1+ year of acute care experience (home care preferred)
- Phlebotomy & wound care experience a plus
- NAPNES or equivalent med administration certification
