HVAC Service Tech

We're looking for a talented problem solver to join our Hellertown, PA team full-time and step into a role with stability, strong pay, and a clear path forward. This position provides a clear advancement path into senior technician or field leadership roles, making this a great opportunity for someone ready to grow within the industry!

Pay: Depending on experience, you'll earn $25.00 - $33.00/hour.

Schedule: Typical hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR DAY COULD INCLUDE:

• Visiting customers' homes, inspecting their residential HVAC systems, and identifying options for repairs and system enhancements
• Accurately diagnosing and repairing residential furnaces, boilers, air conditioning units, indoor air quality equipment, and more
• Completing preventative maintenance
• Communicating with homeowners about your findings, clearly explaining repair and replacement options, and explaining the benefits of our services/maintenance plans in a low-pressure way
• Recording the work you perform in our software (including photos, notes, recommendations, and invoices) and properly closing out jobs
• Keeping your work vehicle clean and organized and maintaining a neat personal appearance

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair gas furnaces, air conditioning units, boilers, and heat pumps

Our Ideal HVAC Service Tech:

• Ability to provide fair and ethical recommendations for repair vs. replacement options
• Customer service mindset with the ability to confidently and clearly explain system observations, recommendations, and service options to homeowners
• Excellent diagnostic skills
