Production Team Member – Print & Signage

Full-Time | On-Site | Bethpage, NY
Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Member who wants to do more than just run one machine all day. This is a general production role where you’ll be trained across print, signage, finishing, shipping, and installation support.

What You’ll Do

Assist with digital print production, setup, and quality control
Operate bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, laminators, etc.)
Produce and finish rigid and flexible signage
Prep materials, weed vinyl, mount, trim, and package completed jobs
Prepare orders for delivery or shipping
Occasionally assist with local sign and graphics installations

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Print, signage, or production experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
Comfortable with the physical demands of a production environment
