Production Supervisor- Ingot

The Production Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership and direction to hourly team members to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in an Arconic Business Systems (i.e. Lean manufacturing) as teams are growing and developing.   Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible to ensure a safe, productive environment and foster a positive work environment by helping team members learn, grow and develop. 

*** Please note: This position will work 12-hour shifts (4:30am-4:30pm or 4:30pm-4:30am) and will require a rotation from day to night (and vice versa) schedule approximately every 3-4 months. ***
