Medical Receptionist (Front Office – Concierge-style Practice)

High-end private medical practice seeking a polished, professional Medical Receptionist to manage phones, scheduling, and front office operations.

This is a front-of-house role—you are the first impression of our practice. We’re looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and excellent on the phone, with a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering high-volume calls and scheduling appointments
• Patient check-in/check-out and front desk flow
• Insurance verification, copays, and record management
• Responding to emails and faxes.  

Requirements:

• Prior front desk or customer service experience in a medical office setting. 
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional presence appropriate for a Beverly Hills practice
