General Requirements
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Strong engagement and communication skills with pleasing personality.
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience and background in a leadership position in Front Office DepartmentĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury customer service environment
ā¢Ā Ā Ā An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work on the weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays when necessary
