Job DetailsJob Location: Steak 48 Beverly Hills LLC - Beverly Hills, CA 90212To ensure guests are provided with quality coffee and/or other hot beverages within the shortest amount of time possible. To maintain cleanliness of the barista beverage area. To work with other team members in both Back of the House and Front of the House for quick and efficient service. To adhere to recipe and quality standards to ensure guests receive expected product.QualificationsMajor Areas of Responsibility: 1) Ensure guests are provided with coffee and/or other hot beverages within the shortest amount of time possible 2) Maintains cleanliness of barista beverage area 3) Assists with proper set-up and opening of barista station 4) Prepares coffee and other hot beverages 5) Brews coffee as needed 6) Sets up and maintains Oshi station throughout shift 7) Polishes all coffee cups, plates and all utensils associated with coffee and hot beverage service 8) Fills water jugs for service and maintain stock in all service coolers in restaurant 9) Maintains cleanliness and stocking of beverage area 10) Offers assistance to guests by delivering hot beverages 11) Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and effectiveness 12) At all times provides a favorable image of the Company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all its areas of endeavor 13) Utilizes Company cultural training and available services to ensure that guests experience supersedes expectations
