We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Associate to support and optimize our day-to-day online store operations.


This role is critical to ensuring our e-commerce ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. You will manage backend operations, support product launches, maintain site accuracy, and help create a seamless customer journey from click to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams to ensure our digital storefronts are operationally sound, conversion-optimized, and customer-focused.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
  • Strong familiarity with Shopify
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fashion or DTC brands preferred
  • Tracking and managing stock for multiple brands across various sales channels


Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across the website and marketplaces
  • Manage product uploads, updates, and site merchandising
  • Monitor inventory, order flow, and fulfillment issues
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Assist with site launches, promotions, and product drops
  • Troubleshoot site issues and escalate as needed
  • Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports
