We are looking to hire a full-time In-House Production Coordinator for DNAM Brands.


In this role, you will manage and organize photo and video productions from pre-production through post across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Working closely with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams, you will coordinate schedules, call sheets, talent, locations, samples, and vendors while tracking timelines and budgets to ensure every shoot runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple productions at different stages within a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.


The In-House Production Coordinator plays a key role in bringing brand visuals to life—ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with creative and campaign objectives.


You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in photo/video production or shoot coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple shoots at different stages on their own timelines
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-set environments
  • Knowledge of fashion, photo, and video production workflows
  • Working on shoots from pre to post production tracking timelines from beginning to end


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots from pre-production through execution
  • Manage shoot schedules, call sheets, and production timelines
  • Book and coordinate talent, locations, studios, and vendors
  • Organize samples, props, and styling needs for shoots
  • Support on-set operations to ensure shoots run smoothly and on schedule
  • Communicate with creative, production, and marketing teams before and after shoots
  • Track budgets, invoices, and shoot-related expenses
