Livestream Operator

We are looking to hire full-time Livestream Operators for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will manage and execute live shopping events and brand broadcasts across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka—ensuring seamless streams and high-quality viewer experiences. Working closely with streamers and the Operations team, you will run backend controls, support product showcases, coordinate flash sales, and troubleshoot in real time to keep broadcasts engaging and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge of streaming platforms and basic AV setup, along with the ability to stay calm and detail-oriented in fast-paced, live environments.

The Livestream Operator plays a key role in driving real-time engagement and revenue—ensuring each event is dynamic, polished, and aligned with brand standards.

You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.

• Experience operating livestreams or live video productions
• Knowledge of streaming platforms, software, and basic AV setup
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments
• Experience with Tik Tok is a plus

• Operate and monitor live shopping and brand livestreams
• Set up and manage streaming equipment, audio, and video feeds
• Ensure stream quality, stability, and real-time troubleshooting
• Coordinate with hosts, talent, and production teams during broadcasts
• Monitor chat, cues, and run-of-show timing as needed
• Support pre-stream testing and post-stream breakdown
