Security - Supervisor

Working alongside the Director of Security and Security Manager at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Supervisor who will be responsible for the implementation of all Security and Safety programs and initiatives for The Peninsula Beverly Hills.

Key Accountabilities

•   Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property.
•   Ensure the team maintains a professional appearence and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
•   Respond to and manage incidents, disturbances, medical situations, or safety concerns.

General Requirements

•    A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. 
•   Strong verbal and written communciation skills are crucial. Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) is a plus.
•   Successful candidates exhibit strong anlytical abilities, and manage time and people effectively.
