Unit Description
Monsieur Dior is a luxury dining destination located in the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Operated by Delaware North’s Patina Group, this exclusive venue is a collaboration between Dior and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn. Inspired by Dior’s legacy of haute couture and cinematic storytelling, the restaurant offers an à la carte menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and artistic presentation. With dishes themed around influential fashion moments and cultural references, team members deliver meticulously crafted cuisine and exceptional service in an elegant, high-end setting.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve storage items as necessary, measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
- Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
- Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Prior food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets
- Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment)
- Ability to follow instructions
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
- Manual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
- Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
