Pure Barre is a community centered around fitness. We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and excellent customer service. Interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community.

Availability Required:

Mondays - 9:30am-1:45pm
Mondays - 5:00pm-8:45pm
Fridays - 6:30am-9:30am
Saturdays - 8:30am- 1:00pm

POSITION:

Sales Representatives welcome new potential members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative assists with member retention and provides unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute sales process
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and discovering individual’s goals and needs
Present available services to current or prospective members
Assist clients with booking needs
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
Work sales funnel with prospective clients
Take pictures for social media platforms
Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
Warm welcoming and engaging personality
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Authorization to work in the United States required
