We are currently seeking a Full-Time Ophthalmologist to join practice in Beverly Hills. Our selected candidate will be Glaucoma trained and possess cataract experience. Practicing Physicians with two (2) or more years of practice experience strongly encouraged to apply. 

• 4 ½ day work week plus ½ day admin time.
• Very collegial environment with 5 Optometrists and 3 Ophthalmologists 
• Practice is Monday through Friday with Ophthalmologists spending 2 ½ or 3 days in the Operating Room.
• Competitive salary and benefits package. 
• Shareholder eligibility after 2 years of employment.
• Leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Our selected candidate will be Fellowship trained in Glaucoma.

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Pay Range: $371,064 - $516,723 Total Cash Compensation.
