In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school-based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals.
  • Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.
  • Special needs school working with Medically complex and children who have more severe Autism.
