About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tin Dip Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by performing tin-dipping processes on components, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to an efficient workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

• Perform tin-dip operations according to established specifications
• Inspect parts before and after dipping to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and clean production environment
• Track materials, report discrepancies, and follow all safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn and follow precise procedures
