Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Baristas for the Winter 2026-2027 season!

Responsibilities Include:

Provide beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency and the Member and guest experience
Take and serve orders
Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
Prepare smoothies, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverage orders
Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
Attend to Members and guests upon entrance
Know or learn Member’s names immediately
Present and help Members and guests select beverage options
Answer questions pertaining to beverage options
Relay and prepare beverages according to any special dietary restrictions and special requests
Receive and process charges to Member accounts
Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station
Clean smoothie and coffee machines and equipment
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
Maintain table cleanliness and service at all times

Position Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of barista experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
Regularly required to talk and/or hear
Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers

The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.
