Yellowstone Club’s Member Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Concierge Assistant Manager & Mountain Access Specialist. This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
The purpose of the Concierge Assistant Manager and MA Specialist is to assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and facilitate impeccable Member and guest services and assist in the daily operations of the Concierge and Mountain Access departments.
Starting at $65,000 annually
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times.  In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.

- Strong Mountain Access knowledge- you will be managing that department with the Concierge ManagerÂ
- Learn and understand the software systems for MA Member database, ski passes, and vehicle cards.
- Gather and manage Member and guest visit information, review for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, update Member database, and create access cards.
- Assist the Concierge Manager with the daily oversight and management of the Mountain Access department, ensuring efficient operations anda high levelof Member and guest service.
- Â Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Members, guests, and employees regarding Mountain Access policies, procedures, parking, vehicle access, ski access, and related services.
- Coordinate closely with Concierge, Security, Transportation, Ski Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless Mountain Access operations and consistent Member experience.
- Monitor daily Mountain Access operations and proactively identify and resolve issues related to Member access, guest access, vehicle cards, ski passes, and database information.
- Assistwith developing, implementing, andmaintainingMountain Access procedures and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall Member experience.
- Communicate effectively with Members and internal departmentsregardingaccess-related questions, concerns, and special requests, using sound judgment and discretion when resolving issues.
- Support the Concierge Manager with reporting, tracking, and analysis of Mountain Access activity and trends toidentifyopportunities for operational improvements.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Assistwith training, coaching, and development of Mountain Access team members, ensuring staff have the knowledge and resources necessary to provide exceptional service.
- Â Serve as a leader within the Concierge team by setting a positive example of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and Montana Hospitality.
- Maintaina high levelof attention to detail when reviewing access requests, registrations, and Member information, while protecting the confidentiality and accuracy of Member data.
- Become a licensed Notary
- Provide leadership and operational support during peak periods,special events, and high-volume arrival and departure days to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for Members and guests.

Experience/Education Required
- Associate degree or equivalent course work
- 4+ years of experience in the Hotel Hospitality industry
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience/Education Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Proficiency in TEI (Total E Integrated), Salesforce, Smartsheet and Jotform are valued.
Certificates & Licenses
- Valid State Driver’s License
Computer Skills
- Intermediate/advanced keyboarding skills; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.Â
Language Ability
- Able to speak clearly and effectively with members, guests, and coworkers
- Able to write clearly and professionally
Math Ability
- Able to performbasic to complexmath calculations.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve problems independently andidentifywhen to escalate situations to higher-level staff
