SUMMARY:

Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 50 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT.
 

Skier Services Attendants are responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the department’s long-term goals and objectives, uphold Spanish Peaks Mountain Club’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.
• Setting up boots and gear for members and guests.
• Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed.
• Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities.
• Properly communicating with resort staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations.
• Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence. 
• Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for outdoor activities such as skiing.
• Two years’ working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred. 
• High school or equivalent education required.
