Skier Services Lead

The Skier Services Lead is responsible for performing and overseeing daily tasks that align with the department’s long term goals and objectives, uphold Spanish Peaks Mountain Club’s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Train and help integrate new associates into the operation, be available to answer questions to ensure the team is operating efficiently
• Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.
• Setting up boots and gear for members and guests
• Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed
• Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities
• Properly communicating with Club staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations
• Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence. 
• Performs additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for outdoor activities such as skiing
• Two years working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred. 
• High school or equivalent education required.
