DISPATCHER

Duties include receiving and processing service requests from seniors, persons with physical and cognitive disabilities, professional staff, civic organizations and others via phone and in person. Must have excellent communication skills. Position requires use of specialized trip scheduling and route coordination software. Must demonstrate ability to respond appropriately to customers’ concerns, perform associated clerical duties and other duties as assigned.
