Laundry

Description

We are currently hiring for laundry attendants! This role is a partner to housekeeping and operates our washing and drying machines, folding sheets, and guest laundry. Laundry staff is accountable for, but not limited to: Receiving and sorting cloths and linens according to fiber, color, and soil.

- Receives and sorts cloths and linens according to fiber, color, and soiled condition

- Operates washers and dryers in accordance with safety standards

- Notifies Maintenance of any repairs needed in a timely fashion

- Coordinate and execute the Guest laundry process

- Folds, wraps or places on hangers, completed laundry

- Maintains laundry room and equipment in a clean and orderly manner

- Makes minor repairs to items, i.e., replace buttons, mend torn clothes and linens

- Help with Housekeeping as needed, especially during the shoulder seasons

- Performs related work as required such as water landscaping, dishes, cleaning fleet cars, etc.

- Works with Service Team Manager to provide clean, fresh linens and housekeeping services to Guests

- Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
