Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility)
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeepingĀ
- Offer timely medication reminders
- Maintain clear, reliable communication with families and coordinatorsĀ
- āļø What We Are Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate (preferred but not required)
- A compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments is a major plus
- Reliable transportation to attend shifts on timeĀ
