We are seeking a highly motivated Pursuits Manager to join our team. The Pursuits Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Manage the entire pursuit process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalization
- Monitor and track pursuit progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Analyze and report on pursuit success rates and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure our services remain competitive
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and effectively communicate them to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from pursuit to contract execution
- Provide support and guidance to pursuit team members, including training and coaching
- Ensure all pursuit activities comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Passion for improving the lives of children and their families
