About The Position

 We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Montana. This opportunity begins on 06/09/2025, and involves working Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The PA will be responsible for providing primary care internal medicine services, focusing exclusively on primary care cases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of internal medicine patients and conditions. Proficiency in Epic EMR is required. There is potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive primary care internal medicine services

• Perform patient examinations and diagnose medical conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation

• Maintain excellent patient care and satisfaction

• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

• Participate in any required meetings or training sessions

• Stay current with advancements in internal medicine

Additional Information:

• Must be a licensed Physician Assistant with Internal Medicine experience

• Active Montana PA license required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
