Job DetailsJob Location: BILL - Billings, MT 59101Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: 4-Year DegreeSalary Range: $72,500.00 - $85,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 10%Job Shift: DayJob Category: Engineering - CivilTOTH is currently seeking candidates for a Civil Engineer - I to join our Civil Engineering Department.  This position will include project management and design responsibilities for various civil engineering projects including but not limited to site development, stormwater management, wastewater systems, potable water systems, and transportation.  Responsibilities will consist of overall management of projects from design through construction administration and will include the supervision and coordination of design team personnel and resources.   Additional Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in preparing a variety of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, and roadway plans.  Frequently interact with clients, vendors, and external contractor personnel and represent the firm professionally. Assist in preparing reports, cost estimates, bid schedules, and project specifications.  Follow and meet project goals, budgets, and schedules. Collaborate with internal design team members and follow directives set by the Project Manager. Recognize basic construction or engineering problems; recommend changes to construction plans to meet field conditions. Travel to project locations for site visits and to complete observation inspections. Qualifications B.S.
