American Welding & Gas (SILVERTIP PROPANE DIVISION) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Billings, MT.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer growth and retention through sales and customer service efforts.
- Directly address customer requests/concerns for the company and/or efficiently route those inquiries accordingly.
- Accurate and efficient entry and distribution of all customer orders.
- Daily sales entry.
- Past due customer collection calls.
- Participate in self-directed work team environment.
- Additional duties and special research or administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED.
- At least one year of Customer Service/Operations Support preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook and Excel).
- Adapt easily to new software, multiple information management dashboards.

- Pleasant, professional and courteous personality.
- Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and flexible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.
