Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Position Summary:
Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.Â
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
- Current state license as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS
- IV Certified required or obtained within six (6) monthsÂ
- Six (6) months’ Medical/Surgical experience
- Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience
