As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Construction Installation Technician to join our team!

Our HVAC Construction Installers perform high-quality installations for commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll join an experienced, professional team focused on delivering reliable, timely service and exceptional installations.

Essential Functions

Install HVAC controls and related components
Perform refrigerant piping and ensure proper line set installation
Complete furnace venting installations according to code and manufacturer specifications
Conduct system start-ups to ensure proper and safe operation
Handle warranty-related tasks, including troubleshooting and minor repairs
Perform job turnover with customers, explaining system features and operation
Prepare company paperwork as instructed
Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, and flexible HVAC installations
Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and courteous interactions with our customers
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Perform miscellaneous HVAC duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation field experience
Ability to work additional hours during peak seasons
Verifiable work experience with references from previous employers
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Strong general installation knowledge and ability to operate basic hand tools
Professional, neat, and clean appearance
Team-oriented mindset & self-motivated
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical demands and abilities

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs.
Occasionally lift and/or move items over 100 lbs.
Ability to work at various heights as required
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit, climb, or maintain balance
Capable of working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces, etc.)
