About The Position
 A hospital in Montana is seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment. Starting on 07/07/2025, this role requires working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with primary care and internal medicine cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an internist to provide comprehensive care in a hospital setting. The facility uses Epic electronic health record system, and there is potential for assignment extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide primary care and internal medicine services to adult patients
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Provide patient education on preventive care and disease management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Montana
• Board certification in Internal Medicine required
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
