About The Position
 We are seeking a skilled Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 75-day locum tenens assignment at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Montana. Starting on 06/09/2025, this role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with 8.5-hour days from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The position focuses on providing urgent care services, including health and substance use treatment, in-office procedures, and managing chronic conditions. As the locum NP, you will be responsible for a wide range of urgent care duties, requiring clinical experience in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management. This opportunity may extend beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive urgent care services
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
• Manage health and substance use treatment cases
• Address mental health concerns in an urgent care setting
• Treat and manage chronic pain and chronic diseases
• Utilize RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) for patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty setting
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up care
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information:
• Montana state NP license required
• Experience in urgent care and multi-specialty settings preferred
• Strong background in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Potential for assignment extension
