Food Server Casual Dining - Full Time - Harrah's Gulf Coast

Essential Job Functions:

• Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. 

• Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the venues standards. 

• Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have.

• Performs cash handling tasks, as required and in accordance with the cash handling procedures. 

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest and work areas‎, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage as assigned. 

• Performs all side work and stocking of supplies in accordance with venue standards. 

• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
