Refund Representative - Patient Financial Services - Days - FT

This position is for a Refund Representative at the Biloxi Annex. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday 08:00-04:30. This position is responsible for working credit balances and refunds. Performs duties while in compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines governing all healthcare programs, including Federal and otherwise. Participates as a member of the team to achieve business goals, clinical/quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. 

Required Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Required Experience: One (1) year in patient and insurance billing, insurance follow-up, customer service, or collections experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
