Dispatcher - Hotel Housekeeping

To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls.

• Disperses information to housekeeping staff Team Members by radio on a situation basis.
• Maintains a guest dispatcher log, written or by use of a computer.  
• Reads posted orders to ascertain personnel  requirements and posts assignment information on dispatch board.
• Compiles and records data for dispatch.
• Calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for checking and reporting safety hazards.  
• Ensures the safety and security of all Guests and Team Members.
• Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing and departmental distribution. 
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
