Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and supporting existing client relationships by overseeing day-to-day communication, order coordination, and project follow-through. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, this role ensures expectations are aligned, timelines are met, and issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage orders from quote through delivery, coordinating with Purchasing and Engineering
- Track timelines and proactively communicate updates, risks, or delays
- Ensure accuracy of order details, specifications, and documentation
- Maintain responsive, professional communication with clients
- Anticipate client needs based on order history and share insights internally
- Identify and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams
- Keep CRM records and Project Management System accurate and up to date
- Support client meetings and periodic visits
- Contribute to account growth through strong service and reliability
- All other duties as assigned by CEO and COO
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; College Degree Preferred
- Experience working in the B2B industry
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm eastern standard time
- Ability to reliably commute to company headquarters
- Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with CRM software (FreshSales, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with Project Management tools (Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Authorization to work in the United States (the Company is unable to sponsor work visas)
