Summary:Â
- Provides behavioral health counseling services.Â
- Responsibilities: Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals.
- Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations.
- Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
- Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
Education:Â Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in behavioral health or related field.Â
Licenses:Â No licensing required
Essential Functions:Â Provide behavioral health counseling and education for students centered around substance use prevention.Â
Other Duties:Â Attend school related meetings as requested by the district.Â

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $29.40/hr
