Custodian

Travis Hyde Properties is looking for a responsible person with reliable personal transportation to create a clean environment at our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience, be a self-starter and a team player.

Responsibilities -

Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
Gather and empty trash
Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities
High and low dusting of furniture, walls, and equipment
Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions
Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Notify Property Managers of any visible maintenance issues
Snow shoveling around the property
Keep buildings and surrounding property in good order

Qualifications -

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

- Good communication skills

- Previous experience preferred

- Able to stand, walk and bend

- Ability to carry up to 50lbs

- Pay attention to detail

- MUST HAVE Reliable Transportation

- All employees MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19 before commencing work at Travis Hyde Properties.

The position offered is full time with benefits including mileage reimbursement, after a trial period.
